FAQ

All appointments are released on a first come first serve basis on our website. We open our books on the 15th of each month at 11am PST. All appointments require a 50% non refundable deposit. We will welcome bookings via phone or walk-in, should there be any space available.

Deposits are non-refundable and required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session

We can. We ask that all clients with previously tattooed brows email in images of their brows (no makeup and in good lighting). Our artists will assess the images to see whether they are comfortable with doing a cover up. If we are able to, expectations are managed as cover ups are much harder and do not produce the same results as someone without any previously tattooed work. It can also take more sessions to build up the hairstrokes to hide the old tattoo. If previous tattooed brows are too dark, we recommend speaking to a specialist about skin treatments to help lighten the brows, or, talk to a laser technician. We ask that potential clients resubmit new photos approximately 6 months after brow lightening so that we can assess if we can work with them then.

Consults are done at the beginning of each appointment. We ask that clients come prepared with images of their brows with makeup, or a celebrity’s brows that they like. Our artists will usually take the first 20-30min discussing the look you are seeking, and drawing on a shape and colour matching. 
If the client has a major scar, trichotillomania or Alopecia, and would feel more comfortable coming in to meet the artist to discuss what can be done for them, we will arrange for a 15-min consultation with one of the artists. Please note, this does not mean you are guaranteed an appt. after the consultation.
